The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

The Service takes care of necessary license requirements (attribution, etc.) while rendering the site. However, these must not be violated if You make changes to the site (including but not limited to the source code and site assets) generated by the Service even after downloading. Also, You must not remove any part of the source code enclosed within the comment pair "DO NOT REMOVE - BEGIN" and "DO NOT REMOVE - END".
TheCookieSites reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate/disable Your site (if hosted on Our server) without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to the Owner (on behalf of the Website) finding or identifying inappropriate Content or a breach in these Terms and Conditions.
The Service collects Your email address and name (optional) for verificational and statistical purposes only. TheCookieSites does not share these with any third party service / application for any reason.
Other than these details, the Service temporarily collects data which forms the Content, which gets deleted after the Service renders the site and finally redirects to the "thanks" page. If You choose to download the site after it gets rendered, even the rendered site and related assets get deleted from Our server as aforementioned. However, if You choose to host the site on Our server, the rendered site and the related assets shall be stored on Our server which is necessary to fulfil the purpose of hosting (through the Service).
TheCookieSites does not use any non-essential cookies. The Website uses only the essential cookies which are required for facilitating the Service (eg. sessions cookie for handling user sessions).
